Don’t worry I will not be continuing this blog in Spanish.

So why am I learning Spanish?

Well…..

It’s something that I have always wanted to do but I have been putting it off for a while…

#NoTimeExcuse

I am always telling clients that there is no better time to start something or to make a change, and I found myself doing the same thing. So I decided to go for it. I go to a class once a week and it is pretty intense for a beginner however I am getting the hang of it.

One thing I noticed as I started the lessons is that you must be you must be willing to put in the work in and outside of the sessions.

I made this mistake once, by not completing my homework on time. As the teacher is asking everyone to answer questions from the homework. I felt like I was in secondary school again, whispering to my brother to give me the answer.

#ShameOnMe

Luckily for me. He gave me the answer before she called my name.

#SweatingDeepDown

I said to myself that I must put in the work in my free time if I am going to take my learning to the next level.

So why do I share this story.

So you decided to start your healthy regime!

If you have not. START NOW!

For those who have,

Well done to you! Kudos points!

But

It does not stop there.

There is still work that needs to be done

First of all you, if you are in the right place you will understand that your health and fitness journey is not a quick fix scheme.

(Greenwich Training IS the right place)

You will have to learn more about your body, as you progress through your journey.

You will learn a lot of new things ranging from what foods are causing you to feel sleepy, what exercises aggravates your joints.

Learning how can you modify it and how can you make it better.

Understanding the importance of engaging and activating the right muscles when you perform movements during training sessions, more on that subject at a later date.

It takes constant improvement on yourself, meaning you have to take time out and find out what works best for you.

This is your journey, only YOU can make the change.

Some ways you can do this is by throwing yourself some challenges.
