We understand how challenging and lonely early motherhood can be. It's so easy to lose your sense of self and allow your own health to slide, at a time when you need it most.

That is the idea behind our Mum+ programme - to allow you time and space to focus on your mental and physical health, in a relaxed and supportive environment with guidance and support from our experienced and knowledgable coaches.

    Strength & Conditioning
    Our workouts are designed to accommodate the changes in your body in the postnatal period while helping you grow stronger. The focus is on building full body strength, improving posture and boosting confidence.

    Small Groups
    With just 4 mums in a group, you can enjoy the benefits of a group class while receiving individual attention and exercise modifications. In groups you’ll work both separately and together, build community and support each other on your fitness journeys.

    Babies welcome
    We have bouncers for infants, a quiet space for pram naps and friendly trainers on hand to help. There’s a changing mat and baby wipes, a kitchen with armchairs for breastfeeding and a microwave for bottles, and plenty of patience and understanding. We want you and your baby to feel safe, accommodated and at ease in the gym.

    As parents, we understand the many challenges that come with a new baby. Let us be there to champion your highs and support you through your lows as we help you build strength.

    The programme includes access to dozens of online home-based workouts through the GT app, nutritional advice, weekly check-ins through our Whatsapp group, and mindfulness workshops. There’s also (optional) tea and coffee in the kitchen after our sessions with time to chat about how your week is going
