Train with our qualified Pre & Post-Natal coach to ease yourself back into exercise.

At Greenwich Training we don’t believe in the idea of ‘bouncing back’ after pregnancy. We appreciate that new parents have a lot on their hands, but believe it is still important to take time and do something positive for you.

Our Mum and Baby classes allow you to train in a safe environment with your little one, meet new people and grow your strength and confidence together!
